Each PhoenX piece is made to order. We want you to feel confident before you buy. Please check the product measurements, logo, color and size. If you are unsure about fit, email wearphoenx@gmail.com before ordering and we will help you compare the listed measurements.
Because each piece is produced for your order, we cannot guarantee a return or exchange for a correctly supplied size or color you chose, or for a change of mind. If something is not working for you, contact us. We will review the circumstances and explain any practical options available before you send anything back. Any goodwill exception is assessed individually.
If your item arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or has a printing or manufacturing defect, contact PhoenX promptly at wearphoenx@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description and clear photos where possible. We will work with you to assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate, for a confirmed defect or error. You will not pay return shipping or replacement shipping needed to correct our error or a confirmed defect.
If PhoenX supplied incorrect measurements or the item materially differs from its description, we will take responsibility and resolve it at our expense. Ordinary screen color differences do not excuse a materially misdescribed product.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct address and instructions. We will explain any approved return and shipping arrangements in advance. Do not send items to an unconfirmed address.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears. We will confirm when the refund has been issued.
Free reservations involve no payment and are not orders. They do not reserve a Kickstarter reward or create a pledge. Kickstarter pledges are governed by Kickstarter's terms and the campaign's published reward, fulfillment and refund information. Contact PhoenX through Kickstarter or the email above for a reward issue.
